Ongoing Support
We support our clients at no additional cost for the first 3 months after site completion. Further support needs depend upon administrative needs as the site moves forward.

• 1-3 months (no additional charge): Clients engaging in site editing to improve articles and make updates. Moving through learning curve of making edits.
• 3-6 months: Clients may have additional needs to continue site improvement. Either monthly support retainer or minute-by-minute invoicing.
• 6-12 months: Clients are mostly self-sufficient with minimal needs for additional support. Minute-by-minute invoicing, approximately $1.50 per minute.

Training sessions provide the framework for becoming self-sufficient, but only ongoing support will get you there.
