1. Go to https://www.yourdomainname.com/administrator (example: https://www.designwritestudios.com/administrator)

   1. Type your username and password in the spaces provided

   2. Either press enter or click the ‘Login’ button

* Before continuing, please be sure to have the embed code from your video source such as YouTube.

2. Find the text ‘Article Manager’ on the left-hand side of screen

   1. Click on ‘Article Manager’

Now you are at the ‘Article Manager’

3. Find the article you would like to embed video into by either:

   1. Typing the title in ‘Filter’ box on the left and pressing enter or;

   2. Searching through the listing below the ‘Filter’ box

4. Click on the ‘Title’ of your article

This is the ‘Article’ view

5. Locate the ‘Insert Code’ button at the bottom of the page and click on it

The ‘Sourcerer Code Helper’ box will appear

6. Find line 2 in the text box below in line 1

   1. Delete the existing information on line 2
   2. Either type or paste the embed code from your video source
7. Delete the rest of the information down to but not including on line 13

8. Find the ‘Toggle Tag Style’ button at the bottom of the box and click it

   1. The embed code you inserted in step 6.a should now be surrounded by double brackets if it wasn’t already.

9. Locate the ‘Insert’ button at the top right of the box and click it

The code now appears in the text box of your article

10. Locate the green check-mark icon at the top-right of your screen with the text ‘Apply’ along the bottom

    1. Click the ‘Apply’ icon

11. Check your work by locating and clicking the ‘Preview’ link at the top right.
