Designwrite Studios worked closely with Sibok David Meyer of Running Tiger Shaolin Kenpo to develop a five-hour workshop applying techniques and movements from this unique martial art to concepts of stress-reduction and wellness management.
The workshop addresses the physiology of stress, and teaches a variety of movements that offset the negative physical and emotional effects of stress. It is an active participation course that incorporates moving meditation, engaging the mind and body in purposeful, choreographed exercise designed not only to improve health, but also to provide you with a powerful foundation in self-preservation from stress management to physical defense.
This workshop has been delivered in a variety of business, association and conference settings. It has also been expanded to a weekly series for employee groups and is approved by the Minnesota State Bar Association for 3 CLE credits for attorneys.
